Sabrina is a proud Roanoke Valley native who lives in the area with her husband Josh and their beloved cats. She has a deep-rooted passion for serving her community, regularly volunteering and supporting numerous local organizations in Roanoke and Botetourt Counties. Whether personally or professionally, Sabrina is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of those around her.
Sabrina’s professional journey is supported by a strong educational foundation, including a Bachelor’s degree from Hollins University and an Associate’s degree from Virginia Western Community College. She also holds P&C (Property & Casualty) and Life insurance licenses and is a certified Notary, enabling her to provide a broad range of services to her customers.
Her path into the insurance industry was profoundly shaped by a personal experience. After losing her mother to lung cancer in 2017, Sabrina saw firsthand how life insurance could provide financial security during difficult times. This experience inspired her to dedicate her career to helping others protect what matters most. Sabrina takes pride in helping her customers save money while ensuring they are safeguarded today so they can confidently plan for their future.
Sabrina’s decision to join the Brent Hershey Agency was equally personal. Brent played a pivotal role in helping her navigate the transition from being on her mother’s insurance to managing her own coverage independently—an experience that extended beyond insurance and set the foundation for her professional growth. Brent’s support and encouragement of her creative marketing and event ideas made joining the agency a natural fit. Together, they have built a team that is not only dedicated to providing exceptional service but also actively involved in community outreach, becoming pillars of connection and support both professionally and personally.

Hi, I'm Beth Duff a proud spouse and parent to two wonderful kids. Our family dynamic is a lively one, complete with our two lovable cats and two colorful fish. Family is the heart of everything I do.

Originally from Michigan, Carrie and her husband Jeff have been happily married for over 30 years.
