"I have had the worst interaction with this office for a few years now. I have time and time again gave them chance after chance. Well this time, I am done!!!!! First, I was told I have to have an umbrella policy! I am told if I don't have it my rate goes up. So I either buy it or my rate is higher? So here I have had this unwanted and unecessary umbrella poilcy for 3+ years. Next, I bought a new vehicle and added my daughter. I sent in paperwork for safe driver and good student on 3/10/25. A month later I get an email and text telling me I need to send in my paperwork on 4/7/25. I found the email showing it was sent the paperwork to them on 3/10/25 and resent. They said they found it in Logan's email after I told them I had already sent. Let's fast forward to today. In March I was quoted a rate of $214 and some change and agreed to it when we added the car to the policy.... Got the bill of $214 in March for the April payment and paid it. April rolls around and I got a bill for the May payment of $232. I thought, ok this is a little higher because I added the car and my daughter during the billing cycle. No biggie... paid it. This morning I get an email saying my bill is $376.40!!! SAY WHAT??? I immediately call and was passed from one person to another. Because Travis couldn't explain it. Logan gets on the phone with an explaination of.... I am being charged by underwriting $100 for a policy change. Excuse me? She said folks call in all the time making changes and they are changing this and that on their policies so underwriting has charged me for making changes. PLEASE tell me this is not true. Oh and not to worry, my payment wont stay at $376.40... it will go back down to $283.23 going forward.......WHAT happened to the $214 I was quoted. Now, I have never spoke with this agent Brent... always with someone in the office. So, I calm down and called back to speak with Brent at 1:28pm hoping he can make this make sense. I was told he was in a meeting with another client and that he would have to call me back. Here we are at 4:05pm and I'm still waiting on a call. In the meantime, I have called an agent in Roanoke to get quotes. I just dont understand how this agent can have such high ratings when it has been something after another with this office. Followup to this review: 20 minutes after this post, I get a call from Brent. Google reviews really are amazing! He had his staff in his office and asked me what questions I had. We went through each of my items one by one. He did ackowledge that there had been miscommunicate and his staff had told me wrong. Brent states he will take the time to train his staff better so that information is given correctly to consumers. I feel if I had the opportunity to work with him from the start that the outcome may have been different. I personally would try to work with new clients rather than tossing them to whomever answers the phone. Unfortunately, the damage has been done and I will be moving on from this agent and office."

Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future."

"Very knowledgeable and helpful. Also very honest. They weren’t able to cut me a better deal than my current and they were very up front about that. I think that’s something very lacking in business and society and to have that kinda integrity and transparency speaks volumes. I contact them every so often to see if it’s better for me because i do want to go with that kinda honesty."
