"Never filed a claim before, but when I actually needed too I was told I had coverage for the damages in question. Then proceeded to wait for over a month for a call back, then once I finally talked to the agent I was told I was only covered for the damages that I had already personally fixed myself, and not the actual damage. Would not recommend because it seems like they just hope you forget about it. STAY AWAY"
